Welcome to Bite Gluten Free®, your home for delicious gluten free NYC Cookies, blondies, cakes and fudgy Chocolate Brownies! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Product Information

All our products are made with gluten free ingredients, but please note that our products contain dairy and eggs. Additionally, our products may contain nuts. While we take great care to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment as our kitchen handles these ingredients. Please review the product descriptions for specific ingredient information.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Bite Gluten Free® website are shown in GBP (£). While we make every effort to keep prices consistent, they may occasionally change without notice due to fluctuations in ingredient costs, supplier pricing, or other operational factors.

  • The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the final price charged for your order.

  • We accept payments via credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, and Klarna.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase before an order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This confirmation serves as a receipt, but does not guarantee that your order is processed. You will be notified if any issues arise with your order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within UK nationwide.

  • All bakes are freshly prepared in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Orders are dispatched twice weekly. Monday dispatch — order by Sunday at 3pm, Thursday dispatch — order by Wednesday at 3pm.

  • Orders placed after the relevant cut-off will be included in the next available dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Storage and Freshness

Our cookies are individually sealed to maintain freshness and quality.

They are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery when kept sealed at room temperature.

For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

We include cookie care instructions with every order so you can enjoy your cookies at their best.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
