Delivery Information
All orders are freshly baked to order, so please allow 1–3 days processing time before dispatch.
We ship using 24-hour tracked delivery, so once your order is posted, you’ll receive it the next day.
Posting Schedule:

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday are posted out on Thursday.

Orders placed Thursday to Sunday are posted out on Monday.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail/Parcel Force Delivery
We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries when Royal Mail/Parcel Force has uploaded proof of attempted delivery. Due to the nature of our parcels and their perishable and date-sensitive nature, we attach a large 'must be delivered today' sticker to each box/parcel. This sticker details the driver is authorised to leave parcels in a 'safe place' in the event they are unable to deliver for whatever reason to the recipient.
Royal Mail/Parcel Force will upload photographic proof of delivery and GPS details for our use.
Royal Mail/Parcel Force will automatically reattempt delivery once on the service you have paid for. For example, if it is a 'weekday' service they will reattempt Monday-Fridays only. On some occasions, Parcel Force will leave your parcel at a local post office if they cannot deliver or leave in a safe place.
Refunds cannot be requested for missed or failed deliveries.
A common mistake is where postcodes are inputted incorrectly by customers when ordering. Please check this is correct, otherwise, there will be an additional fee to pay to change the address, and delivery will be delayed by a minimum of 24 hours. Royal Mail/Parcel Force cannot redeliver on the same day to a different postcode.
Refunds: Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
