Most of our products are not dairy-free or vegan. However, our Raspberry Dark Chocolate NYC Cookie is fully vegan.
We also offer a couple of dairy-free options, including our Sprinkle School Cake and Jam Coconut Cake.

Most of our bakes are completely oat-free. We choose not to use gluten-free oats in our recipes, as some people with coeliac disease can still be sensitive to them.
The only exception is our Cookies & Cream NYC Cookie, which contains pieces of a store-bought gluten-free biscuit. This biscuit includes oat flour, which is why this flavour is not oat-free.
If you are sensitive to oats, we recommend choosing any of our other cookie flavours, which are made without oat flour.
Yes all our products are vegetarian and halal.
We take great care to create a safe, controlled environment for our gluten-free baking, with thorough cleaning and preparation processes in place before every bake.
As someone with Coeliac Disease myself, I fully understand how important this is. The kitchen is fully cleaned before gluten-free baking, all surfaces are covered with fresh cling film, and preparation is carried out on top. Gluten-free baking is also done at separate times to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
Like most kitchens, we do handle common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, and wheat. Some products contain nuts, and all bakes are prepared in an environment where allergens are present.

Our cookies and brownies stay fresh for up to 5–7 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to help lock in freshness from dispatch. If you’d prefer to enjoy them later, they can be frozen for up to 3 months. Simply store them in their original packaging or in a freezer-safe airtight container.
For the best experience, allow frozen treats to fully defrost at room temperature before enjoying.
