When will my box be dispatched?
Monthly Indulgence Boxes are freshly baked and dispatched on a Wednesday each month. Orders close one week before dispatch, allowing us time to carefully plan, bake and prepare every box fresh. If you subscribe after the monthly cut-off, your subscription will begin with the following month's edition.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Please note that cancelling your subscription will forfeit your founding member price lock. If you rejoin in the future, you will be charged the current subscription price.
When will my first box arrive?
If you subscribe before the monthly cut-off, your first box will be that month's edition. If you subscribe after the cut-off, your first box will be next month's edition.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Subscription plans renew automatically according to the selected plan frequency. Founding Members lock in today's price for life while their subscription remains active.
Can I choose the flavours?
No. Each box is carefully curated by Nadia and changes monthly.
What is the exclusive monthly treat?
It's a members-only bake not available on the regular Bite Gluten Free website.
Is everything gluten free?
Yes. All products are 100% gluten free and coeliac safe.
What happens with the 3-Month Plan?
You'll be billed every 3 months and receive a Monthly Indulgence Box each month. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
What happens with the 6-Month Plan?
You'll be billed every 6 months and receive a Monthly Indulgence Box each month. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Are subscriptions refundable?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, subscription payments are non-refundable.
